I guess there has been some frost out at the farm but it doesn’t seem to have affected this week’s share too much. We got lots of lovely vegetables: cabbage, potatoes, celery, brocoli, dill, onions, garlic, beets, cucumber and carrots.
I finally managed to use up all the potatoes from previous weeks so all we have left is the turnip, eggplant and a bag of spinach from Week 9. The garden still has chard, beans, beets, kale, herbs, lettuce and tomatoes so there are lots to choose from for meal planning! It’s great to have such variety and I’m going to really miss it in a few weeks.
