Swiss Chard, Kale and Cabbage Gratin

In an effort to use up some of the leafy greens hanging out in my fridge, I made a version of 365 Days of Kale’s kale-cabbage gratin for dinner tonight. Using last week’s cabbage, this week’s swiss chard and a large bunch of kale from the garden to feed just me means that there are lots of leftovers for lunch, dinner, lunch… It’s a good thing that the dish is quite tasty (especially topped with melted cheese)!
