What a haul! The bag felt really heavy with the cabbage and potatoes plus carrots, peas, tomatoes, rapini, spinach, basil and onions. This is the first week I’ve gotten spinach and I’m excited to make one of these tomorrow morning for breakfast!
I’ve never cooked rapini before but as I understand it can just be steamed like any other leafy green. Every dinner around here must include a leafy green (or we’ll never use it all!) so I’ll work it into the rotation and see how it tastes.
