With our backpacking trip over the weekend we didn’t quite make it through last week’s veggies before this week’s arrived! There were lots of new veggies in this week’s pickup – potatoes, kohlrabi, basil, rainbow swiss chard and carrots. We also got more beet greens and garlic scapes, plus a bigger bag of peas.
I finally tried using the garlic scapes (in place of garlic in this recipe) and I’m super excited to cook with everything else. Just loving all the fresh veggies!
