This week’s CSA share is similar to last week’s – we got lettuce, beet greens, arugula, garlic scapes, our choice of herb (dill this time) and flowers. New this week is kale and cabbage (we had our choice of peas, kole rabi, tomatoes or cabbage).
It’s a pretty good haul and I can’t wait to cook with it. We really enjoyed everything out of last week’s bag except the garlic scapes which I haven’t cooked yet. I’ve never used garlic scapes, so I have no idea what to do with them! Any suggestions for recipes?
